The hotel has 2 double beds in the room but lacks a fridge or microwave. It always kept clean despite the mold smell in the shower/tub ceiling. The service was fantastic with kind and knowledgeable staff providing clean linen and towels. The location is ideal for traveling to-and-from Kalahari, although it may not be too inviting for a quick hour dip. The dining offers basic options like boil eggs, waffles, cereal, and vending machines. The facilities are sufficient but could have some improvements. The price and value for money are fair.
The hotel had bed bugs in the rooms, and they were still occupied even after 1 pm. Despite this, the location was convenient for traveling to and from Kalahari, right off the highway, making it a great place to stay. The service was a mix of claiming a hold on my account and being friendly and helpful. The dining options had a standard Super 8 'carbonental' breakfast setup.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and had a great scent, catering to those with physical limitations, though I wished there was a fridge available. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some issues with misunderstandings concerning charges. The location was convenient for travelers passing through or visiting nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was decent but had some disappointing items.
